Healthy lifestyle, first way to be fit: Know Good From Bad.
Even if you never read one book about health, and even if you never went to a Medical Doctor for a physical, you would still know right from wrong or good from bad on the inside of your body. Because when you eat or drink something for a while, your body will present symptoms to you that are hurtful or painful to you, and even bring out allergies to you. Also you would know what is good or bad for you when you are gaining weight, or when you are getting headaches, or when you have no energy, or even when you have gas. So stop playing games and quit saying Bad Is Good for you when it comes to food and drink. And so start to eat clean, start to exercise just by doing some yardwork or walking around the mall, also start to think Healthy At All Times

Second top way for a healthy lifestyle: Just Do It.
You know you have to eat your fruit and your vegetables, you also know you have to drink plenty of clean water. And then you must sleep at least 8 hours per night, also not to forget that you must stretch and do some exercises daily. So Just Do It, and stop playing silly games by putting your health in jeopardy. So start small to do these right things, and before you know it, you will not even know how you were able to be living as anything other than a healthy lifestyle. Also Please for the thousandth time: STOP SMOKING, STOP DRINKING LIQUOR, STOP FAKE PLASTIC SURGERIES, STOP SEXING SO MUCH DAILY, STOP DOING THINGS THAT YOU DON'T LIKE THAT WILL DEPRESS YOU.... Because all these activities will end up causing you some type of Illness that will kill you (Cancer, Aids, Mental Illness etc.)

Third top way on how to be fit: Healthy Mentality.
For you to be successful in any area of life, you must develop and live that mentality. Meaning, if you want to have a lot of money, then you must develop the mentality of success in your daily life. And everything you do has to be about Getting Money At All Times. And so it is with your health or a healthy lifestyle, you must be about being fit at all times, from the time you get up, to the time you must go to bed. So begin to learn from Drug Dealers, from Gangstas, from Health Nuts, from Computer Geeks, From Religious Fanatics, and  see what they all have in common... They are all about being the best and living that lifestyle at all times. And so it must be for you, you must be serious about being healthy and living a healthy lifestyle.
