10 Ways To Avoid Sexual Harassment From Anyone

By James Dazouloute --- To begin with: DO NOT TOUCH ANYONE, --- DO NOT COMPLIMENT ANYONE. And that goes for a Man toward a Woman,

and a Woman toward a Man, and a Man toward a Man, and a Woman toward a Woman, and a Transgender toward a Transgender, and a It toward a It, and a Man toward a Transgender, and a Woman toward a Transgender, and All People toward a It. - So that should about cover it all. Also when it comes to Sexual Harassment, WE HAVE ALL DONE IT Without Realizing It Sometimes. Because anytime you compliment someone on anything that is part of their sexuality (Their hair, their eyes, their lips, their form fitting clothes etc...) who do not want it from you, you are sexually harassing that person. And of course we all know not to touch anyone, because then it could be construed as Assault or Battery. And so here is a basic and broad definition of Sexual Harassment: Sexual harassment is any unwelcome sexual advance or conduct on the job that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment. Any conduct of a sexual nature that makes an employee, or coworker, or colleague, or fellow actor, or fellow church member, or fellow card player, or fellow friend uncomfortable, has the potential to be sexual harassment.

But of course there is and always will be some craziness. Especially when nowadays anyone can accuse you of having sexually harassed them 30, 40, 50 years ago with no proof whatsoever. And so all they have to do is just say so and you are automatically suspended, demoted or even fired. And just when we all thought that you are Innocent Until Proven Guilty , this apparently does not seem to apply to Sexual Harassment Claims, because they only have to mention it and You Are Guilty, with no proof needed. Because it was a year ago, 10 years, 30 years, 50 years, then it must really have taken place???. Or worse, they could be dead, but if they wrote the accusation down somewhere in a journal, or have mentioned it to anyone, then from their grave they could have you totally destroyed.

And now of course, if the person likes you,
then it is all nice and sweet for you to give them a compliment or ask anything of them. But if they don't like you for any reason, or are not attracted to you in any way, or are just prejudice or racist against you, then any little thing you say or do will be quickly called Sexual Harassment. All Because Human Beings Are All Emotional Junkies, on the one hand he or she wants to be noticed and complimented by the right person at the time of their emotional choosing. But short of that, then you could lose your career, your job, your reputation and even your life from suicide, all because someone, with no proof, accuse you of sexual harassment in any setting (Work, Church, At A Game, In A Bathroom, At A House Party etc.) - ALSO: Because human beings are Emotional Junkies and they are fed, led and are moved by their emotions, then you could compliment or lightly touch someone today and he or she just smiles at you and loves it, but let that person not get the promotion he or she wanted a year later, or not get what they thought they would get out of you, then they could quickly recall that time, moment and place where that compliment, or that innocent joke, or that non sexual touch took place and quickly say that they were Sexually Harassed by YOU. SO BEWARE!
