watched on Television all the scary movies about the Vampires and the ways that they just love to suck Blood? Or may be it is because they are creatures of the night, and sleepers during the day, or maybe it is because they are unable to function in the sunlight? And really Beloved, Vampires have fascinated Mankind ever since the beginning of this age, and they will continue to do so even when Man is able to live in outer space for life. And that is all because as Human Beings, we are all part animals, and that side of us is what makes us hunt for food, the Vampire side of us make us competitive at work and gives us the drive to make as much money as possible without worrying about the little guy. And this animal side also makes us feel invincible at times, thinking that we have plenty of lives left whenever we are out there taking big risks.
And so the Vampires that we hear about fascinate us, and whether it is all fiction, whether the Original Stories about them have been part fiction and part truth, we just don't care, because we can't get enough. And you see this each and every time a new movie comes out about Vampires, the majority of us will stand in line overnight just to be first ones to be scared out of our minds. Remember The Twilight Movie Series (Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn), remember Blade Movies? We just can not control ourselves whenever we think immortal creatures like Vampires are out there, who is capable of sucking our blood, or may even turn us into one of them.
Vampire legends may have been based on Vlad of Walachia, also known as Vlad the Impaler (c. 1431-1476).
The first full work of fiction about a vampire in English was John Polidori’s influential The Vampyre,
A vampire supposedly has control over the animal world and can turn into a bat, rat, owl, moth, fox, or wolf
Methods of repelling vampires include garlic, hawthorn branches, rowan trees (later used to make crosses), scattering of seeds, fire, decapitation with a gravedigger’s spade, salt (associated with preservation and purity), iron, bells, a rooster’s crow, peppermint, running water, and burying a suspected vampire at a crossroads
A group a vampires has variously been called a clutch, brood, coven, pack, or a clan
Vampires... Why Are You So afraid Of Them? And so we fear Vampires but we love them, and so far over 300 motion pictures were made about vampires, and over 100 of them featured Dracula. Over 1,000 vampire novels were published. So We hate them but we adore them. We are disgusted with them but we are fascinated by them. We do not want to get bitten but we want to be immortal. So we are so afraid of Vampires because of what they represent to us, what they do for us to entertain us by scaring us, and what we fear them as part of us who are Animals that we fear of releasing, and we are afraid of them Vampires because we do not want to lose the freedom of enjoying the Sun and the beautiful day that comes whenever it rises.
