So you must get a little exercise on your treadmill or on your stationary bicycle, for anywhere between 15 and 25 minutes about 2 hours or so before bed. Because if you are excited or if your body temperature is risen greatly then you will have a very hard time to get to sleep. But if you make your body to be exhausted, then you will fall asleep and stay asleep.

Second way for how to sleep well: Avoid Bright Lights.
Bright lights from a Television, from ceiling lights, and from even your computer will keep you awake. You want total darkness for that is how you grew as a fetus, and from complete darkness inside the womb is where you came from , and where you first began to sleep. So about 15-30 minutes before bed, go ahead and shut-off everything around, and if you must have a light because you're scared, then have it on in another room and close the door. And you do all this because your eyes and the rest of your body along with your brain know when there is light available, and to your brain it means that you should be awake and will not release the Melatonin supply  your system will need  to fall asleep and stay asleep.  So no computers and definitely no cellphones screen glare.

Third easy way for how to have a good night sleep: Clear The Mind.
 You must clear your mind, you must stop thinking about all the little things that you forgot to do or did not get to do. And you must do this because if you were to die tonight, the world would still go on, and the problems you face tonight will still be there tomorrow. So you must allow your mind to relax, you must allow your central nervous system to be completely relaxed. And as I say this, please do not think that if you just have vigorous sex then that would greatly help you to fall asleep. Because although it seems that way, nothing could be further from the truth, since sex is just another form exercise that agitates your entire central nervous system, and then you will wake up several times in the middle of the night. So go ahead clear your mind, and visualize the most peaceful place on earth, you must visualize that you are lifted up and you are light as a feather traveling within the nothingness. And then your body will completely shut down, so you can have a good night sleep.

So in closing, you must clear your mind, get some exercise a good while before bed, and avoid bright lights if you ever want to get a good night sleep. And you must because your body was built to rebuilt itself, recharge itself and repair itself. You must allow your conscious brain to shut down and clear it, so the subconscious one could take over.
