Health And Wellness are a daily part of your life whether you want it to be or not, whether you think you are actually doing it or not, and whether you even think it is benefiting you constantly or not. Because as long as you get up and out of a chair, as long as you roll over in bed, as long as you lift up a glass of water to your mouth, as long as you brush your hair, as long as you bend down and pick up some money off the floor... You are living the Health And Wellness Lifestyle.
And this really should not surprise you at all Beloved, since your entire body is a machine that is made up of 206 bones and plenty of muscle fibers, among many other vital parts, that are all there to help you to move around and live a healthy lifestyle. And so I tell you all this so you could begin to realize that the entire You is a living, breathing, Health And Wellness Program. And so you might as well embrace who you are and begin to do a little extra exercise each day for at least 30 minutes worth to get the metabolism going.
And when you look at the exercises to be done in the picture above, you can see that you can do them easily at home without any need for equipment. Also you will notice that the majority of them focus on your stomach, or belly. Why? Because that is your core and that is where the necessities of all that your body needs get processed. On top of that, 70 to 80 percent of all the diseases you get, will come from your belly area and all the parts within it, anything from a stomach ache all the way to colon cancer. So you have to always pay special attention to your midsection, to always keep it flat, to always keep it strong since you can not move around or do anything without it.
SO LET'S GET STARTED ON THIS EASY HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAM.
1. Bench Lift
Just grab a chair and begin to do this simple exercise as you watch your favorite show, and start to build your upper body.
As a beginner, just hook your feet under the couch or under the bed, and then begin to do your crunches. And don't worry if you start with just ten, you will grow.
3. Air Squats
The longest and strongest bone is within your thighs. And so you might as well build them up, especially since you use them constantly to walk, to run and to stand up.
4. Bicycle Crunches
Again the core, again the midsection, and so I hope you are beginning to see just how vital it is for you to keep it flat and strong. So begin today and do what you can.
Powerful legs will give you all that you need in a fight or flight situation, because if you have to fight someone, you can kick the living daylight out of them. And if you have to flee, then you can be the fastest runner to get away. So use lunges to build them up.
6. Side Crunches
You must attack all the sides of your mid section, you must punish your stomach at all times to keep in line and flat. So do these easy side crunches.
Burpees give you overall body strength. So do not neglect to do this easy exercise anywhere, even just to get the blood flowing.
8. Reverse Crunches
I know by now I sound like a broken record, but your mid section must stay strong, for it is the core of your entire body. It is what you need to even be able to get out of bed, so add the reverse crunches to your repertoire.
9. Mason Twists
Make your abs the best and strongest abs around, and you will appear so much more fit, and inside your clothes you will look like a god or goddess. So mason twists should be exploited as well.
10. Scissor Kicks
