Health And Wellness, How To Get Those 2 Playing Sports.

 How to be healthy...

Health And Wellness, are 2 words you have been hearing all your life, and even more so nowadays since the West is finally catching up with the great true teachings of the East. And so now we are crazy about being fit, about having great health, about nutrition, about overall wellness. And I guess it had to happen sooner than later, since our lifestyle has been catching up with us over the past decade with Cancer in all areas of our body and in all forms, and since there is no cure for any form of it, then we now realize that it is best not to get it in the first place. And so we play Sports, we get involved in outdoor activities, we exercise at our local gym, we buy whole foods, we drink purified water, we do yoga and meditation, we try this and we try that... All in the hope of experiencing Health And Wellness.


 What to do for good health...

But I must tell You Beloved, that there is no need to go to extremes, or have to keep on trying every new Fad that comes out every couple of months and make all the Tricksters rich while your health keeps on deteriorating. All you have to do is continue doing the old tried and true things in your life, such as doing some kind of exercise every day for 30 minutes to 1 hour, and playing any kind of physical sports will help you achieve just that while keeping you motivated and having fun with loved ones. And you have to exercise, because nowadays we drive our cars and no longer walk everywhere, we buy our foods at the Supermarkets and no longer have to hunt for or go pluck it out of the ground, we drink our polluted water out of the faucet and no longer have to go to a fresh water source daily, and we have all things instantly now like coffee, microwave foods, juice... Instead of having to take the time and use the energy to prepare them from the ground up, like having to catch a chicken first, then kill it, then pluck it, then cook it...


 Great health playing sports...

And so Health And Wellness is very hard for us to attain nowadays, and this is why playing any physical sports at least 4 times a week will help you achieve just that. So no longer should you sit in front of the Television and be an "Arm chair quarterback", or an "Arm chair baseball umpire", or a "Want to be basketball superstar in your mind and eyes". No, you can actually start to participate in any and all sports, by just calling up a few friends, throw a little barbecue in the backyard, and begin doing a little sports activity like an obstacle course, running in sacks, playing ball, climb a tree etc....
