What is Good Health... And How Do You Capture It?
Good health is a mindset that you must live by, and a great determination that you must have to want to live pain and disease - free for life. As well, you want to be able to enjoy the wonderful things that you have set your mind on, because you already know that without good health you can not do absolutely nothing. And so good health primarily, is to make sure you eat well balanced meals, ensuring that you make time to relax, as well stay active through any form of exercise daily. And Then, Rest.

But exactly how do you achieve all this?.
You must eat a well balanced meal means that  will include proteins, vegetables and carbohydrates. For example, you would have some fish with spinach and some brown rice. Or some egg whites with toast and an apple. Those 2 examples are what a basic well balanced meal would be, accompanied with plenty of water. 

Second, how do you relax?.
Relaxation comes in many forms and this could mean that you take an hour each day to sit down somewhere with eyes closed, and take your mind to the beach front, or see yourself rising up in the heavens as a spirit filled being, surrounded by nothing but pure white light. Or it could mean you relaxing by the pool with a good book about love relationships that talks about pleasant love. Or it could even mean you going to the local spa, and get a soothing massage all over, to ensure proper blood flow. And the more you relax, is the lower your blood pressure would be. 

And third way to have good health is to stay active.
Now I do not want you to think of grueling extreme work outs. No, what I mean is just walking everyday, either on a treadmill or in your local park. Or just going swimming everyday for 45 minutes or so. Or even riding a bicycle to your favorite store. So stay active does not have to be extreme, it is just a matter of doing something for at least 30 minutes each day. 

Bonus Tip Of What Good Health Is..
And another thing that you must do is laugh. Yes you have heard this many times, that laughter is the best medicine. And so find things to laugh about every day, such as things that children do around you, things that your pets do when they see you. And even things that happen to you all throughout your day. 

For the essence of life is to live and have experiences. And always remember, that the God who created the Universe and the Angels love you the most, and so He has charged them to provide for you all the days of your life. And so just speak to your health, speak to your lack of motivation, and speak to your mindset so you could be a Giant, filled with great and powerful health. And these very simple things are what it takes to have good health and to be able to capture it, so you could be on top of the world each and every day of your great life.

So To Have Good Health... What You Need To Also Do Is, Stop Doing What You Know Is Wrong Right Now:

For How To Have Good Health?. 
Just because no one is around you and you happened to be depressed or in a bad mood, does not mean you can eat and drink whatever you want. And it's all because you would only start an ever vicious cycle that will have no end, where you eat bad foods and drink bad liquids because you are having a bad day, and then when your health goes bad, then you continue to eat and drink all the bad stuff just because you're depressed and sick.

So to have good health, you must step up and take responsibility for yourself. 
And you've heard it said a million times, that the character of a person is not known during times of ease and plenty, but during the times of grief and discomfort. And so you have to step up and let your great healthy character shines through, because you know exactly what is good for your body, you know exactly what you must eat, and you definitely know how to exactly live a long healthy life.

Also remember, you are not a child anymore and you do not need any supervision. 
Nor do you need to be told what to eat and drink, because you already know about eating fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and you also are an expert at drinking fresh clean water. So please start doing what you need to do to balance your system like it used to be when you were 16 years old, and as you take some time to meditate then you will also quickly re - balance your Chakras or energy centers.

You are the Master of your life, you are in control of your body and you are definitely the Creator of your good health. 
There is nothing new I need to teach you, because all you need is a simple reminder to do all that you know are right. You are a healthy being, you are vigorous, you feel wonderful, and your body is well balanced. You are ready to speak great and perfect health into your life, you are ready to do away with all diseases, and you are ready to live life to the fullest with a healthy body.
