Weightlifting.... Why You Should Do It To Be Better At Sports.


Weightlifting... Has been around since Man was created to work in the Garden of Eden in leisure, where all he had to do was Speak and things came about. But then he was kicked out for disobeying, and now had to do all the heavy lifting with his muscles to till the ground. And then once a community started to form, then weightlifting had to be used to build bridges, to build trenches, to build houses...  So you were given muscles to build resources, to remove obstacles, and to fight off attacks. And sports was invented as a way for communities to interact and play games together to see who was the best at it. And then came also the need to build muscles in order to compete, to fight wars, to run marathons and to do all other things.


And weightlifting is very important for your own well being, before any other tasks can be undertaken. Because when you lift weights, you build up your heart, you get to burn fat even when you're not even doing anything, you get to be sexy, you get to be full of energy and you get to be in the best shape of your life. But when I say weightlifting, I don't want you to think that you must go out and yank the biggest tree you can find, and start to throw it around, or take out the transmission in your car and start lifting it over your head many times. What I mean is, you lift a decent amount of weight that your body can stand, and do it a few times a week and you will be on your way.


And if you play sports, the weightlifting is even easier to do, since you are already active running, squatting, jumping and all other exciting things. And when you add weightlifting to your repertoire, then you will easily become stronger, faster, and be the top player in no time at all. And you should start out with the Mass Muscle Building exercises, to get very strong fast, such as: Bench presses, squats, barbell curls... Just think how you would pick up a box, or how you would carry it and what major muscles you would use and that is what doing these simple exercises will do for you.
