How To Live Healthy By Using Vegetarian Cooking. By James Dazouloute


Vegetarian cook is in all of us, as we all desire to live healthy and stay far away from health problems and sicknesses. And when you think of it, to vegetarian cook has been passed down and ordered to us by our Creator, because God designed us, our body and our internal organs and that is why in the beginning we were told to eat fruits, legumes, vegetables and grains. All that resulted in us living for hundreds of years, because we also had all the necessary ingredients to fight off cancer, cholesterol, Alzheimer, dementia, high blood pressure, hypertension and so on.

And there are those of us out there who worry about the ways of commercial farming, because they introduce a massive amount of man made chemicals into everything they grow and breed, and this is a result of our own impatience as human beings. For we want everything right now and we want it in great quantities. So turning ourselves toward vegetarian cooking of food is not only the right thing to do, but it is also based on divine ground and of original design. But with that said, just eating vegetarian cook food does not guarantee a healthy lifestyle by itself, as we must also move our bodies with exercise and ensure as well that we do not buy natural food that is chemically grown.

And remember when you eat an animal meat, you are actually eating whatsoever they eat, so if they ate grass and leaves, then that is what you are eating in their meat. But if they ate a rat, or a cat, then those animals are what you are eating from their meat for that is what their bodies were able to grow from. And to show you how the original design was so perfect for our bodies, that even when we asked God for meat to eat, he told us to eat animals that were vegetarian and ate fruits, leaves, grains etc. Because God wanted us to still be vegetarian even though we ate meat, because whatever the animal ate is what we would be eating and digesting.

So to live healthy with vegetarian cooking we must first truly establish what is vegetarian and what is " Straddling The Fence ". So it 's either you are being a vegetarian or you are not, and I see this all the time from those who claim to be " Vegans ", only when it suits them. And with that said you can not claim you are vegetarian cooking and you are buying baked goods such as apple pies, and you know that the pies are full of saturated fats and an unnatural amount of sugar. Either cook and eat vegetarian food that has and retain all their natural ingredients to give you complete and full health benefit, or do not eat vegetarian at all. And it is like being a little pregnant, or having a little Aids, and yet both of these situations will not go away by themselves and will only grow; so if you eat a little fat, drink a little chemical, or cook a little snake meat; they are all going inside you and start the process of poisoning your inside.


When you vegetarian cook, you should always make as much of your own food as possible, or buy organic food from health food stores. It will be best if you start learning how to plant a small garden, you can start in an area as small as 6 feet by 6 feet in a small backyard and then move up from there. And if you have kids, then that will be easily enjoyable with them, as kids love to do things with their hands, also you will make sure that your food have no chemicals in them.

Another advantage of vegetarian cooked meals is that all your foods are natural and are perfectly aligned with your body, it is like putting the right oil or gasoline in the right engine. Your body will just purr, your skin will be clear and tight, your hair will grow, your teeth will be stronger, your finger nails will grow immensely, your eyes will see further, your bowel movement will not smell, and you will lose weight automatically as your metabolism will not be sluggish and will be in burning mode 24 hours a day. And remember each food type contains a variety of good vitamins and great minerals that will enhance your cells and your genes. Also in your pocket you will feel the difference when you vegetarian cook for you and your loved ones, as meats are always very expensive by the pounds, while fruits and vegetables along with grains are very cheap.

Additionally on how to live healthy, you will enjoy great flavor from your vegetarian meals such as brown rice, great salads with nuts, and fruit drinks freshly made. So as you do more and more of vegetarian cooking, your system will clean itself out very easily, and I guarantee you that feeling sluggish will not be one of your problems, as well as having fatigue headache. However it is important that you allow your body time to become accustomed with only vegetarian cooked meals, so take about 2 to 3 weeks to slowly infuse your organs with fiber, fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts and legumes. Also do not ever drop anything " Cold Turkey ", as you will only return to it in a short time. So do give yourself time to adjust, by slowly and gradually removing yourself from one situation and bringing yourself into another. 

So in conclusion on the subject of how to live healthy with vegetarian cooking, be sure to eat well balanced meal, as you may be lacking iron that you get from meat. For too little iron and you will feel sluggish, because your body is not getting enough oxygen. And too much iron and your body will become toxic. So live long and prosper.
