To be healthy in every area of your life. All you have to do Beloved, is to always think before you do anything, and ask: Will This Help Me To Be Healthy Today, Tomorrow And For Life? Then, whatsoever you eat, you drink, you enjoy, you inhale, you participate in, you admire, you look at, you think about.... Will either get a thumb up, or a thumb down in your mind and in your eyes. And then your life will become easy, then the fats will melt right off, then working out will be a breeze for you, then eating healthy will not cause you to smirk, then living Cancer free and disease free will not be something you wish for in the heavens. 

Because it is those 2 (Your Mind and Your Eyes) that work together, and decide what you put in your mouth, what you swallow, what you lay down in bed doing, what kind of exercise you participate in, and even what lifestyle you will follow. Since those 2 work as a team and are the generals of the rest of your body. 

I mean sure, you have other senses that affect you as well, but the eyes are the windows for the mind to look out of and make decisions based upon what is seen. And so based upon that, the mind may become frightened, may become happy, become cautious, become fearless, become angry... And that is all because every single step is done with your eyes, everything you read and see are done with your eyes, and every lust and desire you experience are with the eyes who then transmit to your brain, so it could make a decision on how to respond. And sure, you can feel with your hands, you can taste with your tongue, you can hear with your ear, but the eyes are your favorites. Because you will not usually taste the water of a lake, but the you will use your eyes to truly enjoy the scenery. Or you will not put your life in great danger and walk into a combat zone, but you will watch a documentary or a movie about it... 


But for great and perfect health, I must tell you that while Your eyes may accept something they are looking at, I can guarantee you that if Your mind rejects it, then it will quickly send signals to your cells, and you will throw up, you will get sick, you will have rashes, you will be suffering... So in the end, it is your mind who has to process all that your senses experience and then make a decision on what to tell the cells to do. And so this is why you must coach your mind that you must be healthy, stay healthy, live healthy or die. And that is the best way to be healthy and stay that way every single minute of your life.
